Battlefield Bad Company

I’m a big fan of First Person Shooters particularly in Modern Age War setting, for me World War II setting is now kind of overrated. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare really caught my eye for sometime now and I just can’t get enough. Then I was in a Game Store and I saw this Battlefield: Bad Company on the store shelf. I already read reviews about this from Gamespot.com and IGN and the rating were pretty damn impressive, now I’m doing my own review about this console exclusive shooter.

The Good:

Battlefield: Bad Company features a Fleshed-out story packed with excellent voice acting and funny lines, you’ll get hooked with it and definitely enjoy every moment of the game. Lots of weapons and vehicles can be used here such as heavy guns, RPG’s, laser guided missiles, tanks, helicopters, etc etc… You can destroy almost every in your path, houses, buildings, trees you name it.

The Bad:

Grainy graphics and horizontal tearing may get a boring impression on some gamers. AI are sometimes too accurate or too stupid. Echo-y sounds are too much

Why is this Console Exclusive?? No love for PC gamers?

Verdict:

Battlefield: Bad Company is a all out badass game and is definitely worth the money, if you are into First Person Shooter, Battlefield: BC must not be missed out, especially if you love lots of guns and artillery weapons

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare

Before Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 comes out on November 10, lets have a small recap about the first Modern Warfare.

When Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was released on November 7 2007, it became an instant hit through out the globe. Call of Duty was well known for the Historic World War 2 FPS hype, then maybe they got tired of it and then they made Modern Warfare. It was the best FPS ever made for the next-gen gaming consoles and PC. Graphics, Sounds, Gameplay and Storyline were excellent. You’ll get pretty hooked with the storyline even the Single Player is quite short.

Celebrate Mayhem on November 10

Arcade and multiplayer are extremely addictive too, with it’s some sort of level up system and massive online players, you’ll play this game for hours.

If you are a fan of extreme First Person Shooters, you’ll definitely love Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Play this game in Story mode and finish it before November 10. This game is highly recommended.

World at War

I’m not saying that getting back in a World War II setting is a bad thing, it’s just there’s nothing new to it, well except for the outstanding story and new line of enemies. Same guns as Call of Duty 1 to 3, same setting, same feel, This is Call of Duty: World at War.

This game uses the Modern Warfare Graphics Engine and the same gameplay as previous Call of Duty titles. Sniping and Bombardment sequences are the best part in this game, you can see your enemies dismembered and torn apart. After you have finished the game, you will unlock the Nazi Zombie game wherein you will shoot down Zombies and earn points.

If you are to compare this to Call of Duty 4, World at War is just a piece of crap to be honest.
