The story and game focuses on a post-apocalyptic world wherein the whole Washington D.C. was trashed by a massive Nuclear-Atomic explosion which caused some sort of scientific disaster. A lot of people and animals turned into monsters and mutants due to the contaminated water supply. Tweet
